"Having been named to the head of Group ARMOR (160M€ revenue, 8 industrial sites, 1500 employees) since a few months, I called PMP to accompany the executive team in the elaboration on the Group’s strategy. Human and financial means not being unlimited, it was necessary to well analyse where we could achieve the maximum possible value creation for our shareholders, in order to make the right strategic choices for future development and investments.

PMP’s approach at first was to list, with the help of the Group’s teams, the actions the permit value creation, then to define for each the financing necessary to achieve them. In the second step, the PMP team understood how to take the necessary step back and ask the right questions, in order to help us to decide the right strategic choices.

Such an approach is an investment, which finally permits us to gain a lot of time and efficiency
