Profiles sought:

To support our development we are seeking new talents.  Our workforce has more than doubled this year to reach 20 consultants.

Consultants (2 to 3 years experience)
You possess a high level education (top business or engineering school).
Two or three years of professional experience, ideally in consulting or in one of our sectors, have permitted you to develop your capacity of synthesis and analysis.
You know how to be autonomous and have a spirit of initiative.
You wish to invest in structural change projects, with important stakes in direct contact with the clients.

Manager (5 to 8 years experience)
You have solid professional experience in consulting or a strong expertise in one of our sectors of activity.
You know how to manage teams and bring them your methodology and expertise.
You wish to invest in commercial development.
You know how to intervene with decision makers on their strategic challenges.

The value of PMP first happens by the quality of our teams in direct contact with our clients.  That's why we pay special attention to our recruitment process with a minimum of three interviews with consultants and partners.
