Cash generation is a vital stake for companies :

This aims to improve cash performance by playing on four levers:
  • training of key operational managers about the cash stakes of their decisions,

  • the limitation of cash consumption by improving operational processes and the organisation,
  • team motivation through integrating cash objectives in compensation.

In order to bring customised answers and coaching for each challenge:
